I have an issue with one of my flights and have called 5 times. The first time when i ws booking on Dec. 11 I was told that the line was breaking up and then he hung up on me leaving me with an incorrect ticket. I called the next day and the agent (Javier, I believe ) told me that Air France would call me the next day and resolve the problem. That didnt happen. The third time I called, the agent (Kishna , I believe) told me that it would take 3 days and then Air France would call me to resolve the issue and tell me how much more I needed to pay. . A week later after no call, I called again and this time the agent hung up on me after I explained the situation. The next time I called, I got agent Daniel who listened then told me not to hang up while he talked to his supervisor. I made sure that he had my number in case we got cut off. He never resumed our call and didnt call back
